Family Matters
Family matters. And because it does, Heartland Coalition offers a sensible, free program
called Family Matters that helps parents get right to the heart of issues like alcohol,
tobacco, and other drugs. Family Matters helps get the conversation underway, especially
with 12-14 year-olds.
|
Now is the perfect time to talk directly about these issues with your children. Family
Matters is:
- FREE! There is no cost to participate.
- EASY! No meetings to attend; only phone or email discussions at your convenience,
and at your family’s own pace.
- QUICK! A four-installment set of booklets is mailed to you one installment at a time
or for your convenience can be downloaded at http://familymatters.sph.unc.edu/Program_materials.htm.
Each session takes about 20 minutes to complete.
